No Good and Evil anymore~

If you've been working in job(s) for at least 1 year in urban atmosphere, you would realize the truth in my words.

The only thing that exists is Socially Acceptable and Socially Unacceptable actions.

I'll give an example:

As a student in TAR College in Malaysia, you'll see a population of 99.99% Chinese who are mainly from outside Selangor state. Unfortunately, most of them are brought up the "traditional" method.

I define "traditional" method as: avoid failure like a plague, stick with the group and be soft-spoken, all races are hostile except your own (Chinese), avoid serious conversations whenever possible and don't talk to strangers. There are it's ups and downs having this kind of upbringing. Personally, I was brought up that was too. However, I exposed myself to the other 2 races and their cultures - Malay and Indian. Without leaving the country, I've already understood the importance of individuality and conformity. Unfortunately, students shy away from me because I didn't stick to one particular group of students and couldn't speak Mandarin/Cantonese as fluent as they did, which was by their perspective, socially unacceptable.

~A century ago, sex before marriage would get you killed! Now, keeping your virginity until marriage is considered an insult by most youngsters.

~Truth in Television, all you have to do is keep an eye out~

~When you see somebody reading a book alone and prefers his own company, he's an introvert. Which, to 99% of the population means: "Avoid that gloomy kid, he's got no friends and therefore isn't a good guy to hand around with."

~If you pick up the trash someone just threw at the floor to the dustbin, you get stares in Malaysia.

~You decide to go walking in a shopping complex alone, people call you "No Life".

The list goes on and on, don't take my word for it and think about it. The bottom line is, good and evil is obscured and people have to decide for themselves now instead of having a clear guideline based on the Law which most people don't obey.
